Extra GO Trains if TTC

Extra GO Trains if TTC Strike Proceeds

Despite concerns that there may not be any room for more passengers, GO Transit has announced additional trains in the event of a TTC strike on Tuesday. New trains will be operating early in the morning and during the midday on all GO lines. GO’s strike schedule for the Georgetown line looks very similar to the proposed schedule after April 29, when three new midday trains will operate between Union and Bramalea.

The extra trains will add an extra few thousand seats to GO’s normal schedule. It’s a drop in the bucket, but it is much appreciated.
