It has been reported over

It has been reported over the past few days that the readily available $4.00 Mass Pass for this Sunday’s Papal Mass at Downsview Park has been selling for as much as $173.00 on e-bay! Hmmm…. Ya know, for about fifty bucks, you could buy yourself—if they are still available—a set of doors from the scrapped Gloucester garbage trains (old G-2 cars) from the folks at the Halton Country Radial Railway Museum. Granted you can’t fit them in your wallet, but $173.00 for a transit pass? A scalper’s fee for a transit ticket? I know TTC fares are a little steep, but c’mon! …And they used to think people were foolish for buying Saints’ relics and True Pieces of the Cross!
