February 16th Service Changes

Last Sunday, the TTC made another series of service changes. The big news was the announcement of the end of Sunday morning closures of the Yonge line north of York Mills, and a large increase in service to Pearson Airport on the 192 Airport Rocket, 307 Eglinton West Night Bus, 58 Malton, and the new 300A Bloor-Danforth Night Bus

Service increases and improvements took place on the 7 Bathurst, 191 Highway 27 Rocket, 37 Islington, 107 Keele North, 190 Scarborough Centre Rocket, 86 Scarborough, 85 Sheppard East, 88 South Leaside, 196 York University Rocket, and 106 York University.

Starting on Feb 24, the TTC will be replacing the streetcar rails on King Street. Starting at River Street and ending at Close Avenue, this reconstruction will take several months. The 504 King will be diverted onto Queen street in varying stages over the next several months, as the track is rebuilt
