Canadian National reached a tentative agreement with three CAW locals, preventing a strike among 5000 of CN’s maintenance and clerical workers. This avoids delays which could have affected GO Transit passengers.
CN is still negotiating with six other unions representing 8500 workers whose contract expired December 31 (Full story on the CBC)
