The September service changes are now on display on the TTC website, with changes due to take effect on Tuesday, September 7. Many routes are seeing service increase in anticipation of the end of the summer season and the return of students to school. Some increases, however, are the result of increased funding, as part of the TTC’s Ridership Growth Strategy. This article from the Toronto Star website highlights reservations some city councillors are having about the cost of improving service and increasing ridership throughout the city.
