TTC closes one subway station for joint emergency services exercise

TORONTO, Sept. 16 /CNW/ - In order to conduct a public safety emergency simulation led by the Toronto Police Service, and involving Toronto Fire Services, Emergency Medical Services, City of Toronto’s Office of Emergency Management, the TD Centre and the TTC, St. Andrew Station will not open until approximately 12 noon on Sunday, September 18th.

During the closure, shuttle buses will operate non-stop between Union Station and Osgoode Station.

Full subway service is expected to resume at 12 noon on Sunday. No other subway service is affected by this one-station closing.
