GO transit reduces services to universities, starting April 8

Universities are ending their winter terms, so fewer passengers will be travelling by GO bus.

Starting, Sunday, April 8, GO Transit is reducing its services on the Highway 407 route that serves York and McMaster Universities.

The reduction affects some trips between McMaster University and the (Mississauga) Square One bus terminal and Bramalea GO Station. It also affects trips between York University and Square One, Scarborough Town Centre, Meadowvale GO Station, Pickering GO Station and Unionville GO Station.

GO and other transit agencies in the Greater Toronto Area and Hamilton will reduce services to colleges and universities further on April 28.
