The Hamilton Street Railway will re-instate its summer-only route to Lake Ontario beaches in the east end of Hamilton, starting tomorrow, Saturday, June 2.
HSR buses on the 56 Confederation Park route will run every 45 minutes on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays only. Northbound buses will operate from the Eastgate Terminal northward along Centennial Parkway, eastward along Beach Boulevard and into Confederation Park to Wild Waterworks. Buses will then operate westward out of Confederation Park, and along Beach Boulevard and Van Wagner’s Beach Road to the Lakeland Pool. Southbound buses will reverse this listing.
