Regular service through Exhibition Place resumes

Regular transit service through Exhibition Place has resumed after event crews finished removing track infrastructure resulting from last week’s Steelback Grand Prix of Toronto from the Exhibition and nearby streets.

Buses on the 29 Dufferin route resume service along both branches through the Exhibition.

Buses on the 29D Exhibition / Princes’ Gates service operate along the north side of Exhibition Place seven days a week. Southbound buses from Wilson Station operate along Dufferin Street to Springhurst Avenue, then, instead of operating through the Exhibition West Loop, they continue southward along Dufferin Street, and eastward along Saskatchewan Road and Manitoba Drive to a loop at the Princes’ Gates. Northbound buses will operate from the Princes’ Gates along Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Dufferin, Springhurst Avenue, Fort Rouille Street, the Exhibition West Loop and then continue northward along Dufferin towards Wilson Station.

After 9 a.m., seven days a week, the TTC also operates buses on the 29 B Exhibition / Ontario Place branch. Southbound buses from Wilson Station operate along Dufferin Street to Springhurst Avenue, then, instead of operating through the Exhibition West Loop, they continue southward along Dufferin Street, and eastward along Saskatchewan Road, southward along Ontario Drive and eastward along Princes’ Boulevard to Nova Scotia Avenue. Northbound buses operate along Nova Scotia, Manitoba Drive, Saskatchewan, Dufferin, Springhurst Avenue, Fort Rouille Street, the Exhibition West Loop and then continue northward along Dufferin Street towards Wilson Station.

Buses on the 329 Dufferin (overnight) route have also resumed regular service. Instead of looping through both the Exhibition East and West loops, southbound overnight buses continue south of Springhurst Avenue along Dufferin Street, then eastward along Saskatchewan Road and Manitoba Drive to end their route on the street on Manitoba beside the Exhibition East Loop. Northbound buses begin their routes on Manitoba, then proceed westward along Manitoba and Saskatchewan, northward along Dufferin, westward along Springhurst, southward along Fort Rouille Street, eastward through Exhibition West Loop and then northward along Dufferin Street towards Wilson Station.

Buses on the 316 Ossington (overnight) route have also resumed regular service. Instead of looping through the Exhibition East Loop, the buses end and begin their route on Manitoba Drive beside the Loop.
