The City of Toronto and the TTC are investigating how to improve transit service along Kingston Road between Victoria Park Avenue and Eglinton Avenue East. They will also look at ways of integrating existing streetcar service along Kingston Road with other transit services in the area.
As part of the environmental assessment process, the City and TTC have submitted a terms of reference document and terms of reference supporting documents for the Ontario Ministry of the Environment to formally review and approve. The terms of reference will guide the next steps of the study and identify issues. It also includes potential alternatives and a plan for consulting with the public.
You can review these documents and other background materials by visiting the City’s projects page.
