GO Transit has announced that GO trains will resume operating past the site of yesterday’s fire near Victoria Park and Danforth Avenues.

However, due to speed restrictions resulting from the fire, passengers can expect some delays on the 09 Lakeshore East and 71 Stouffville lines.

In other news, GO has cancelled the 6:12 a.m. 09 Lakeshore East train trip from the Oshawa GO Station that would have arrived at Union Station at 7:12 a.m. GO will accommodate the passengers on the next trip leaving Oshawa at 6:27 a.m.

On the 01 Lakeshore West line, GO has cancelled the 7:58 a.m. train trip from Oakville GO Station that would have arrived at Union at 8:21 a.m. GO will accommodate the passengers on the next trip departing Oakville at 8:20 a.m.
