Trains will operate on the TTC’s 3 Scarborough Rapid Transit route today, after several weeks of no Sunday service.
Express buses have replaced the RT on every Sunday since October 14, while the TTC maintained the signals on the line.
The TTC continues to shut down the RT early each night for other maintenance work. After midnight, accessbile express buses replace the trains. Full RT service resumes this Saturday, November 24.
Buses on the 54 Lawrence East route will resume service through Lawrence East Station today. After midnight every night until Saturday, they will remain on Lawrence Avenue East and not enter the station.
