TTC will not accept "old" tickets, starting tomorrow

Starting tomorrow, Monday, December 3, TTC drivers and fare collectors will not accept tickets that you bought before the TTC increased its fares on November 4.

You can return old TTC tickets in person or by mail. The TTC will refund their original value until November 4, 2008. If you visit the TTC in person, you can receive a maximum cash refund of $100 per person. If you need a refund greater than $100, the TTC will issue a cheque to you in six to eight weeks.

After February 8, 2008, the TTC MDP Office (main floor above Davisville Station), 1900 Yonge Street. The office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m, excluding statutory holidays.


Bloor-Yonge Station collector booth at the Bloor Street southside entrance, Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m., excluding statutory holidays.
