Over on their disruption page, the TTC is reporting that the Bloor-Danforth subway has been shut down between Victoria Park and Warden. Shuttle buses are in service between the two stations. Continue to refer to the TTC’s disruption page as things develop.
(Updated: 13:22): Around mid-morning, the disruption was extended to include Kennedy station, and the problems (described as “signal problems”) are still in effect. The TTC hopes to have the situation fixed by 3 p.m., in time for the bulk of the afternoon rush hour.
(Updated: 16:06): The TTC’s disruption page no longer indicates that the line is shut down.
