Holiday service, Part 2
December 29 to January 7

During the two holiday weeks until New Year’s Day, transit travel patterns change. Most schools, colleges and universities and some workplaces are closed so some people who would ordinarily use transit don’t. On the other hand, many more people are off work and use transit more often than usually to shop or travel to holiday events. All transit agencies in the Greater Toronto Area and Hamilton will be revising their services.

this post is the second of two parts and details transit service day by day. For more information and a listing of services by individual transit agencies, visit the agencies’ websites. An earlier Transit Toronto posting lists holiday transit service from December 21 to 28.
