Transit information at East Bayfront exhibition tonight

You can find out what’s happening on the eastern central waterfront — including plans for transit service — at a public event tonight, Monday, January 14

WaterfronToronto (formerly the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation) is hosting a public exhibition on the East Bayfront — West Precinct from 6 until 9 p.m. at the Novotel Hotel, Alsace Room, 45 The Esplanade (just east of Yonge Street).

The East Bayfront lies south of Lake Shore Boulevard East, between Lower Jarvis and Parliament Streets. WaterfronToronto is moving forward with several projects in the area.

This public exhibition and meeting will update you on:

  • The draft plan for developing phase 1 of the East Bayfront area
  • Sherbourne Park
  • East Bayfront public realm design including a water’s-edge promenade
  • Jarvis Slip open space design competition
  • Queens Quay revitalization environmental assessment
  • East Bayfront transit environmental assessment

Members of the project team will guide you through the exhibits, answer questions and share ideas.
