The Toronto Transit Commission will hold a special meeting tomorrow, Thursday, February 14, at 3 p.m.
The meeting will discuss a U-Pass program to offer discounted TTC passes to post-secondary students.
It takes place in City Hall Council Chamber, 100 Queen Street West.
