The Metrolinx Board of Directors will meet tomorrow, Friday, February 22 at the Westin Harbour Castle hotel, 1 Harbour Square (Bay Street at Queens Quay West), Convention Level, Pier 2 and 3, Toronto at 10 a.m.
The meeting agenda includes two new green papers — draft policy documents that Metrolinx will use to develop a regional transportation plan for the Greater Toronto Area and Hamilton.
Green Paper #6 reviews roads and highways in the region. Green Paper #7 — probably the key green paper for the audience of this website — discusses transit.
Board meetings are public meetings and members of the public interested in transit issues should attend.
