Update, 4:30 p.m.: The TTC has removed the service advisory from its website, so, presumably, service has resumed beyond Royal York Station.
The TTC has closed down the 2 Bloor-Danforth subway line at Royal York Station, according to its service advisories page.
The TTC is operating shuttle buses to replace the subway, but does not indicate where passengers can find the buses, which route they operate along and whether the shutdown occurs east or west of Royal York.
