Buses replace GO trains between Burlington and Aldershot, April 13

Canadian National Railways crews are installing a new track switch at Burlington this weekend, Saturday, April 12 and Sunday, April 13.

Because of this work, on Sunday morning, April 13, the first seven GO Transit trains that normally serve Aldershot will start and end their trips at Burlington GO Station. GO buses will shuttle passengers between Aldershot and Burlington.

The affected trains are:

The eastbound trains that normally leave Aldershot at 7:08, 8:08, 9:08, and 10:08 a.m. will start from Burlington at 7:14, 8:14, 9:14, and 10:14. Buses will shuttle you between Aldershot and Burlington Stations. Trains leaving Burlington will wait for the shuttle buses so passengers may expect minor delays.

The westbound trains that normally arrive in Aldershot at 7:44, 8:44, and 9:44 a.m. will only travel as far as Burlington, arriving at 7:38, 8:38 and 9:38 a.m. Buses will take you to Aldershot Station.
