Starting Monday, April 21, the Municipality of Clarington will begin to reconstruct 3rd Concession Road between Liberty Street and Mearns Avenue. The project will likely continue through May.
Durham Region Transit will detour buses on the 502 Liberty route during the project.
Buses will operate along their regular route to Freeland Avenue and Rickaby Street, the detour:
southward along Rickaby;
eastward along Longworth Avenue;
northward along Mearns Avenue; and then
westward along Freeland to Liberty,
resuming their regular route southward along Liberty.
