The Globe and Mail and citytv News are reporting that seven of the executive board members of the Amalgamated Transit Union Local 113 expressed their disappointment with the tentative negotiated deal with the TTC when they walked out of a union meeting and refused to endorse the deal.
However, the Globe remains postive about the results tomorrow when members of Local 113 vote on the deal.
The union membership ratifies the deal if fifty percent plus one of the membership vote in favour of it.
We’ll learn late tomorrow — after 10 p.m. — about the outcome of the vote.
