GO Transit is setting up a customer service advisory committee to review customer concerns, complaints and expectations about GO services.
The committee will have up to eight customer representatives who regularly use various GO Transit services in each of its train corridors and the Highway 407 bus corridor.
Candidates for membership must must:
- live in GO’s service area;
- regularly use the GO system; and
- be willing to attend, participate, and engage in quarterly meetings of the advisory committee, which GO Transit will scheduled during regular business hours.
You can apply to be a member by e-mailing or mailing a statement of interest to GO. Your e-mail should state clearly:
- your qualifications, including the GO corridor you regularly use;
- what unique customer perspective you would bring to GO Transit; and
- why a customer service advisory committee is important to GO Transit and the role you would play on it.
GO Transit will reimburse volunteers only for their expenses to travel to these meetings.
