Buses leave the Ajax Sportsplex at Taunton Road East and Audley Road North every 30 minutes from 9:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Ten minutes after leaving the Sportsplex, the buses stop for passengers at the north parking lot for J. Clarke Richardson Collegiate / Notre Dame Catholic High School on Harwood Avenue North, and arrive at Rotary Park 25 minutes after leaving the Sportsplex.
Buses operating on return trips leave Rotary Park every 30 minutes from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m., stopping at the Richardson / Notre Dame north parking lot and arriving at Sportsplex 25 minutes later.

Buses route leave the McLean Community Centre, 95 Magill Drive, east of Westney Road North, every 30 minutes from 9:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Ten minutes after leaving McLean, the buses stop for passengers at the parking lot for Ajax Town Hall, 65 Harwood Avenue South. Fifteen minutes after leaving McLean, the buses stop for passengers at the north doors to the Ajax Community Centre, 75 Centennial Road, and arrive at Rotary Park 25 minutes after leaving the Sportsplex.
Buses operating on return trips leave Rotary Park every 30 minutes from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m., stopping at the Ajax Community Centre and Ajax Town Hall, arriving at McLean 25 minutes later.

On Monday, June 30 and Tuesday, July 1, the Municipality of Clarington will close Wellington Street between Division and Scugog Streets all day on June 28, 29, 30 and Canada Day, Tuesday, July 1 to accommodate various events celebrating the anniversary.
Durham Region Transit will divert bus service during the events.

Brampton City of Brampton Canada Day events — Chinguacousy Park
The City of Brampton will again celebrate Canada Day in Donald M. Gordon Chinguacousy Park this year. Events start at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 1 and end with a fireworks display at 10 p.m. The City will offer free shuttle bus services and close various streets around the park to accommodate the large crowds visiting the park.
Brampton Transit and York Region Transit will revise bus services during the event. (YRT lists its detour on its website. Brampton Transit has not announced detours, although buses cannot operate along their regular routes with so many closed streets around Chinguacousy Park.)
Brampton Transit From 2:30 until 9:30 p.m., Brampton Transit will operate free shuttle buses from the Downtown Brampton, Shoppers World and Trinity Common transit terminals, Mount Pleasant GO Station and the Fortino’s store on Mountainash Road to Chinguacousy Park. Buses operate every 30 minutes. From 9:15 a.m. until 8:45 p.m., on Tuesday, July 1, Guelph Transit buses will operate every 30 minutes from St. George’s Square. special Canada Day service, July 1.
At 8:45 p.m., buses operating on all regular Guelph Transit routes will go out of service and Guelph Transit will start a free shuttle service, leaving St. George’s Square in front of Old Quebec Street, to transport passengers to Riverside Park for the fireworks display. Buses will let passengers off on Woodlawn Road East, opposite Riverside Glen. The shuttles leave St. George’s Square until 9:15 p.m.Shuttle service from Riverside Park to St. George’s Square will resume after the fireworks display. Passengers may board the shuttle buses on Woodlawn Road (opposite Riverside Glen). The shuttles leave Riverside Park from 9:45 until 10:15 p.m.
Regular transit service will resume once all shuttle buses have arrived in St. George’s Square from Riverside Park. The last trip will depart St. George’s Square at 12:15 a.m.

Hamilton City of Hamilton Canada Day Events — Bayfront and Pier 4 Parks The Hamilton Street Railway will operate free shuttle buses between downtown Hamilton and Bayfront and Pier 4 Parks from 6 p.m. until 11:45 p.m. to accommodate passengers hoping to enjoy the fireworks display.
The HSR hasn’t yet posted this year’s route and schedule on its website, but here’s the 2007 route:

The TTC has not announced detours, but will likely turn back buses on the 29B Dufferin (“Exhibition and Ontario Place”) branch at the Dufferin Gate loop while roads during the event as it did in 2007. TTC buses on the 29D Dufferin (Exhibition and Princes’ Gate) branch will likely operate along their regular route.
Queen’s Park Canada Day Celebration
The City of Toronto will close Queen’s Park Crescents East and West between Wellesley Street West and College Street from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. to accommodate the event.
The TTC will likely divert bus service during the event, but has not announced specific routings.
5 Avenue Road:94 Wellesley:Southbound buses likely operate along their regular route to Avenue Road and Bloor Street West, then detour:
westward along Bloor;
northward along Bedford Road; and then
westward along Prince Arthur Avenue and into St. George Station.Northbound buses likely start their trips at St. George Station and proceed:
southward along Bedford Road; and then
eastward along Bloor Street West to Avenue Road,
resuming their regular route northward along Avenue Road.
Eastbound buses likely operate along their regular route to Harbord and St. George Streets, then detour:
northward along St. George;
eastward along Bloor Street West; and then
southward along Bay Street to Wellesley Street West,
resuming their regular route at eastward along Wellesley.
Westbound buses likely reverse this routing.
