Guelph Transit operated buses from St. George’s Square every 30 minutes all day Monday to Friday, until September 9, 2007, when it reduced the Monday-to-Friday rush-hour frequency to every 40 minutes.

On Sunday, July 6, Guelph Transit will raise its fares. Increasing fares and more funding from the federal and provincial governments have allowed Guelph Transit to buy and operate more buses and offer its passengers more frequent weekday service. Starting Monday, July 7, Guelph Transit will operate 10 more buses during Monday-to-Friday rush hours.

In September, 2008 and January 2009, Guelph Transit will start operating more accessible buses on its routes.
