On Tuesday, August 12, the TTC will start a project to repair the St. George Station bus terminal roadway. The project will continue until early 2009.
The TTC will detour bus service during the project.

Buses will loop on the street and not enter St. George Station terminal. Passengers will need paper transfers to connect with the subway until the construction project ends and buses again end their trips in the bus terminal.
Starting Tuesday August 12, eastbound buses will operate along their regular route to Bedford Road and Prince Arthur Avenue, then detour:
southward along Bedford to the Bedford entrance into (or exit from) the subway station, where the buses can pick up or drop off passengers.
Westbound buses start their trips at the Bedford entrance / exit then proceed:
southward along Bedford Road;
westward along Bloor Street West;
northward along St. George Street, stopping at the St. George entrance into (or exit from) the subway to pick up or drop off passengers; then continuing
northward along St. George;
eastward along Prince Arthur Avenue to Bedford,
resuming their regular route northward along Bedford.
Wheel-Trans buses for disabled or mobility-restricted passengers will continue to stop at the Bedford entrance into (or exit from) the subway station, which is an accessbile entrance / exit.
