TTC rebuilds Donlands Station bus loop

On Monday, August 25, the TTC will start a project to rebuild the bus loop at Donlands Station on the 2 Bloor — Danforth subway line. The project will continue until December.

The TTC will detour bus service during the construction.

83 Jones

Southbound buses will start their trips at Greenwood Station, then proceed:

southward along Linnsmore Crescent; and then
westward along Danforth Avenue to Jones Avenue,
resuming their regular route southward along Jones.

Northbound buses reverse this routing.

Subway passengers wishing to connect with buses operating on the 83 Jones route will require a paper transfer if they exit the subway at Donlands Station and walk south to a temporary bus stop at Danforth and Donlands Avenues. Passengers do not require a transfer to connect with buses at Greenwood Station.

56 Leaside

Southbound buses operate along their regular routes to Donlands Avenue and Strathmore Boulevard, then detour:

southward along Donlands;
eastward along Danforth Avenue;
northward along Linnsmore Crescent to Greenwood Station,
where the buses end their trips.

Northbound buses reverse this routing.

Subway passengers wishing to connect with buses operating on the 56 Leaside route will require a paper transfer if they exit the subway at Donlands Station and walk south to a temporary bus stop at Danforth and Donlands Avenues. Passengers do not require a transfer to connect with buses at Greenwood Station.
