Tomorrow, Tuesday, October 14, Durham Region Transit further detoured bus services in the Bay Ridges area during a City of Pickering project to rebuild Saint Martin’s Drive between Bayly Street and Wayfarers Lane.
The construction project affects service on these DRT routes: 106 Bay Ridges; 165 Bay Ridges / West Shore; 182 Bay Ridges / West Shore / Rosebank / Finch / HIghway 2 and Flag Bus 3.

southward along Liverpool to Radom Street,
resuming their current detour route southward along Liverpool.
Flag Bus 3Westbound buses operate along their regular route to Liverpool Road South and Radom Street, then detour:
northward along Liverpool; and then
westward along Bayly to Saint Martin’s Drive,
resuming their regular route westward along Bayly.
Buses travel only on Liverpool Road. (They usually only travel along Saint Martin’s Drive and Radom Street if passengers request that service.)
DRT buses operating on the 106 Bay Ridges route have been detouring along Liverpool Road since June 2, during a City of Pickering project to install sanitary sewers along Douglas Avenue and Front Road.
DRT buses operate on the 106 Bay Ridges route only during Monday-to-Friday rush hours. They operate along the 165 Bay Ridges / West Shore route from about 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Mondays to Fridays and during Saturday daytime. They operate along the 182 Bay Ridges / West Shore / Rosebank / Finch / Highway 2 route during Monday-to-Saturday evenings, Sundays and holidays. They operate on the Flag Bus 3 route from about 11:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.
