Five more accessible Mississauga Transit bus routes start October 20



Starting Monday, October 20, Mississauga Transit will equip all buses operating on the 31 Folkway - Homelands, 35/35A Eglinton, 61/61A Mavis, 76 Square One - Subway and 110 University Express routes with ramps and two areas on each bus where you can secure your wheelchair or scooter.

Look for the blue international wheelchair symbol to identify accessible buses. Shelters at accessible stops have a large entrance and platform area to allow you enough room to manoeuvre your wheelchair or scooter.


Starting Monday, October 20, all buses operating on these routes are accessible for people using wheelchairs, scooters or other mobility devices:: 1 Dundas, 1C Dundas - Collegeway, 3 Bloor, 4 Sherway Gardens, 8 Cawthra - Indian Road, 9 Rathburn - Miller’s Grove, 12 Rexdale, 13 Glen Erin, 16 Malton Loop, 19 Hurontario, 20 Rathburn, 22 Finch, 23 Lakeshore, 26 Burnhamthorpe, 28 Confederation, 29 Park Royal, 30 Woodbine, 31 Folkway - Homelands, 33 Erin Centre Loop, 34 Credit Valley, 35/35A Eglinton, 36 Colonial, 44 Mississauga Road, 48 Erin Mills, 61/61A Mavis, 68 Windsor Hill, 74 City Centre Shuttle, 76 Square One - Subway and 110 University Express.
