Starting Saturday, November 1, GO Transit passengers can choose from more bus trips when traveling. GO will nearly double the service between Sutton and Newmarket, introduce a new route between Hamilton and Meadowvale and increase service on several other routes.
Specifically, GO will: introduce a new route; introduce a new branch of a current route; cancel a branch of a current route; increase service on current routes; decrease service on current routes; cancel a current seasonal route and adjust the schedules of current routes.
The changes affect these routes: 22 Hamilton - Meadowvale Business Park; Highway 407 West Corridor — 46 Oakville - York U, 47 Hamilton - York U, 47A McMaster - Bramalea, 47B McMaster - Square One Express, 47C McMaster - Oakville Carpool Lot Express, 47D Bramalea - York U, 47E McMaster - Oakville Carpool Lot; Highway 407 East Corridor — 51B Pickering - York U Express, 52A Durham College / UOIT - Unionville; 65 Barrie; 69 Sutton; 71 Stouffville; 81 Port Perry; 96 Oshawa Highway 401.
Introduce a new route
22 Hamilton - Meadowvale Business ParkStarting Monday, November 3, GO buses operate along this new Monday-to-Friday rush hour route.
Eastbound buses leave the Hamilton GO Centre at 6:30 and 7:15 a.m. Mondays to Fridays, arriving at Meadowvale at 7:30 and 8:15 a.m. Along the way, they stop only at Aldershot GO Station and the Burlington Carpool Lot on Dundas Street east of Highway 407.
Westbound buses leave the Meadowvale Business Park at 4 and 4:45 p.m., arriving in Hamilton at 5 and 5:45 p.m. They stop only at the Burlington Carpool Lot and Aldershot GO Station.

Starting Monday, November 3, eastbound buses leave the McMaster University Bus Terminal at 1:40, 2:35, 3, 3:25 and 3:55 p.m. Fridays and at 4:25, 4:55 and 5:30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. They arrive at the Oakville Carpool Lot on Trafalgar Road north of Highway 407 at 2:10, 3:10, 3:35, 4 and 4:30 p.m. Fridays and at 5, 5:30 and 6:05 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. Along the way, they stop only at the Burlington Carpool Lot on Dundas Street east of Highway 407 and the Bronte Carpool Lot on Bronte Road north of Highway 407.
Westbound buses leave the Oakville Carpool Lot at 7:19, 7:54, 8:24, 8:54, 9:24 and 9:49 a.m. Mondays to Fridays, arriving at McMaster at 8, 8:35, 9:05, 9:35, 10:05 and 10:35 a.m. They stop only at the Bronte and Burlington Carpool Lots.
Buses on this branch mostly replace buses on the current 47C express branch that operate without stopping between McMaster and the Oakville Carpool Lot. All 47E buses start their trips at the same time as the current 47C trips do, but arrive at the end of their trips later than currently because they stop twice along their route.

Friday, October 31 is the last day that buses operate along the current express branch.
Starting Monday, November 3, the eastbound 47C buses that currently leave McMaster at 1:10 and 6:10 Fridays and 6:35 p.m. Mondays to Fridays to travel without stopping to the Oakville Carpool Lot, operate instead on the 47B express branch. They travel without stopping to the Mississauga City Centre at Square One, arriving at 1:45 and 6:50 p.m. Fridays and 7:15 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.
The eastbound buses that currently leave McMaster at 1:40, 2:35, 3, 3:25 and 3:55 p.m. Fridays and at 4:25, 4:55 and 5:30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays travel instead along the new 47E branch, stopping at the Burlington Carpool Lot on Dundas Street east of Highway 407 and the Bronte Carpool Lot on Bronte Road north of Highway 407. They arrive at the Oakville Carpool Lot at 2:10, 3:10, 3:35, 4 and 4:30 p.m. Fridays and at 5, 5:30 and 6:05 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.
The westbound buses that currently leave the Oakville Carpool Lot at 7:19, 7:54, 8:14, 8:24, 8:54, 9:24 and 9:49 a.m. Mondays to Fridays to travel without stopping to McMaster, travel instead along the new 47E branch, stopping at the Bronte and Burlington Carpool Lots. They arrive at McMaster at 8, 8:35, 9:05, 9:35, 10:05 and 10:35 a.m.
Increase service on current routes
65 BarrieHighway 407 East CorridorStarting Monday, November 3, a southbound bus operates on a new trip leaving East Gwillimbury GO Station at 9:25 a.m. Mondays to Fridays. It travels to the Newmarket GO Bus Terminal, Aurora GO Station and the Aurora Carpool Lot on Wellington Street West and Highway 404, then travels without stopping. It arrives at the Union Station GO Bus Terminal at 10:50 a.m.
GO also decreases service on this route at other times of the day.

Instead, they arrive at Square one at 2:10 and 6:35 p.m. Fridays and 7:15 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.
Starting Monday, November 1, GO makes minor adjustments to the Monday-to-Friday schedule. The southbound bus that currently leaves Curts and Water Streets at 8 a.m. Mondays to Fridays for the Whitby GO Station leaves five minutes earlier at 7:55 a.m. It leaves Myrtle five minutes earlier than currently at 8:08 a.m. and Brooklin three minutes earlier than currently at 8:16 a.m. The bus still arrives in Whitby at its current schedule time of 8:37 a.m.
