Mississauga Transit buses operating on the 41/41A Thomas route should start operating along their normal routing tomorrow, Monday, November 3 when a City of Mississauga construction project on Churchill Meadows Boulevard ends.
Starting tomorrow, eastbound buses start their trips at Erin Centre Boulevard and Ninth Line, then proceed:
northward along Ninth Line;
eastward along TACC Drive; and then
northward along Churchill Meadows Boulevard to Thomas Street,
continuing along their current route eastward along Thomas.
Westbound buses operate along their current route to Churchill Meadows Boulevard and TACC Drive, then continue:
southward along Churchill Meadows; and then
westward along Erin Centre Boulevard to Ninth Line,
ending their trips.
Starting tomorrow, buses travel east- instead of westward along TACC and no longer travel along Deepwood Heights.
MT introduced the route on September 2, but the buses have never operated along their regular route because the City was still building Churchill Meadows Boulevard south of TACC Drive.
