CP24, CityNews and other media report that a freight train collided with a Brampton Transit bus this afternoon. Fortunately, no-one was hurt.
The collision occured at about 3 p.m. today at a level crossing on Torbram Road. It may have resulted from poor visibility during the current snow storm. The train struck the bus as it passed over the crossing, and the bus, in turn, collided with a tractor trailer.
Twenty passengers were traveling on the bus.
