We have reports that the TTC is experiencing switch troubles at Kipling station which has cut subway service back to Islington. Shuttle buses are operating between the stations and are experiencing overcrowding. If your trip plans involve the western end of the subway, expect delays.
(Update: 2:21 p.m.): We have been informed that the switch problems have been cleared and that service has resumed all the way to Kipling. Be prepared for further delays, however, as snow continues into the afternoon rush hour.
