At its August 27 meeting, the Toronto Transit Commission approved a system-wide cash-only pricing policy for its commuter parking lots. Starting Wednesday, April 1, Metropass holders, including subscribers to the TTC’s Metropass Discount Plan and Volume Incentive Plan can no longer park for free at TTC commuter parking lots.
The TTC loses about $4 million annually because Metropass users occupy 80 per cent of all parking spaces. It operates about 14,000 parking spaces at 30 commuter parking lots across the city. Parking fees after April 1 vary from lot to lot, but you can pay all fees by cash or credit card. Many lots still offer free parking after 3 p.m. Mondays to Fridays and all day Saturdays, Sundays and weekends.

1 Yonge - University - Spadina subway stations — Downsview; Wilson; Yorkdale; Eglinton West; York Mills; Finch.
2 Bloor - Danforth subway stations — Kipling; Islington; Keele; Victoria Park; Warden; Kennedy.
3 Scarborough rapid transit stations — Kennedy; Lawrence East; Ellesmere.

Don Mills
- 366 spaces, available only if you pay from 5 until 9:30 a.m. Mondays to Fridays. Daily cash rate is $4. You can pay by coin, VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
- Parking is free after 9:30 a.m. Mondays to Fridays and all day Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
- Enter the lot from the north side of Sheppard Avenue East, east of Don Mills Road. The entrance is on the west side of Fairview Mall.
- 644 spaces available only if you pay from 5 a.m. until 3 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. Daily cash rate is $4. You can pay by coin, VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
- Parking is free after 3 p.m. Mondays to Fridays and all day Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
- Enter the lot from the east side of Allen Road, just south of Sheppard Avenue West or from the south side of Sheppard West, just east of Allen.
East Lot
- 102 spaces available only if you pay from 5 a.m. until 2 a.m. Mondays to Fridays.
- Daily cash rate is $6 from 5 a.m. until 3 p.m. and $4 from 3 p.m. until 2 a.m. Mondays to Fridays.
- Hourly parking is also available at $2 per hour from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.

- Enter the lot from the north side of Eglinton Avenue West, just east of Allen Road (northbound lane).
West Lot

East Lot

West Lot

Cordova Lot
- 473 spaces available only if you pay from 5 a.m. until 2 a.m. every day. The daily cash rate is $5 from 5 a.m. until 2 a.m. every day. You can pay by coin, VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
- Enter the lot from the west side of Islington Avenue, north of Bloor Street West. The entrance is on the south side of Mabelle Avenue.
Lomond Lot
- 283 spaces available only if you pay from 5 a.m. until 2 a.m. every day. The daily cash rate is $7 from 5 am to 3 p.m. every day and $4 from 3 p.m. until 2 a.m. every day. You can pay by coin, VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
- Enter the lot from the north side of Aberfoyle Crescent, just east of Islington Avenue. The entrance is at the end of Lomond Drive.
Main Lot
- 543 spaces available only if you pay from 5 a.m. until 3 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. The daily cash rate is $5. You can pay by coin, VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
- Enter the lot from the north side of Bloor Street West, just west of Islington Avenue.
- 221 spaces available only if you pay from 5 a.m. until 2 a.m. Mondays to Fridays.
- The daily cash rate is $4 from 5 a.m. until 3 p.m. and $4 from 3 p.m. until 2 a.m. Mondays to Fridays. You can pay by coin, VISA, MasterCard or American Express.

- Enter the lot from the east side of Victoria Park Avenue, just north of Denton Avenue.
- Victoria Park Station has fewer parking spaces than usually. The TTC has set up a temporary bus terminal on part of the parking lot while it demolishes the bus terminal.
North Lot
- 941 spaces available only if you pay from 5 a.m. until 3 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. The daily cash rate is $3.
- Enter the lot from the east side of Warden Avenue, just north of St. Clair Avenue East.
South Lot
- 151 spaces available only if you pay from 5 a.m. until 3 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. The daily cash rate is $4. You can pay by coin, VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
- Parking is free after 3 p.m. Mondays to Fridays and all day Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
- Enter the lot from the east side of Warden Avenue, just south of St. Clair Avenue East.
North Lot
