Viva detours buses starting April 13

Starting Monday, April 13, York Region Transit and Viva are detouring buses operating along the blue route while they rebuild the Eagle vivastation at the north-west corner of Yonge and Eagle Streets.

For about one week, southbound Viva blue buses start their trips at the Newmarket Terminal and proceed:

south- and eastward along Eagle Street West to Yonge Street,
resuming their regular route southward along Yonge.

Northbound buses operate along their regular route.

During the detour, buses pick up and drop off passengers at the YRT stop on the south side of Eagle, just west of Yonge.

You can’t buy tickets and other fares at Yonge and Eagle next week while Viva rebuilds the vivastation.
