Guelph Transit revises community bus route, May 4

Starting Monday, May 4, Guelph Transit makes minor changes to one of its two community bus routes.

GT is altering the route of the northwestern community bus.

Starting Monday, buses leaving St. George’s Square operate along their current route to Woolwich Street and Suffolk Street East, then proceed:

westward along Suffolk Streets East and West; and then
northward along Dublin Street North to London Road West,
resuming their regular route westward along London.

This change brings community bus service to the seniors residence at 417 Dublin Street North.

Also on Monday, Guelph Transit revises the route so that each bus serves Riverside Glen Seniors Residence once — instead of twice — each trip.

Buses operate along their current route to WalMart, then proceed:

eastward along Woodlawn Avenue West to Woolwich Street,
resuming their current route southward along Woolwich.
