Mississauga Transit detours buses near City Centre today



The City of Mississauga has closed Robert Speck Parkway East between Hurontario Street and Shipp Drive today to accommodate a tenant appreciation barbecue taking place on the street.

Mississauga Transit is detouring buses operating on the 53 Kennedy and 76 Square One - Subway routes.

53 Kennedy

From 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Thursday, July 16, eastbound buses operate along their regular route to Robert Speck Parkway West and Hurontario Street, then detour:

southward along Hurontario;
eastward along Burnhamthorpe Road East; and then
northward along Robert Speck East to Meadows Boulevard,
resuming their regular route eastward along Meadows.

Westbound buses reverse this routing.

76 Square One - Subway

From 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Thursday, July 16, eastbound buses operate along their regular route to Robert Speck Parkway West and Hurontario Street, then detour:

southward along Hurontario; and then
eastward along Burnhamthorpe Road East to Robert Speck East,
resuming their regular route eastward along Burnhamthorpe.

Westbound buses reverse this routing.
