Audley Road construction affects DRT service,
starting August 4

This month, the Town of Ajax is closing Audley Road North between Rossland Road East and Kingston Road (Regional Highway 2) for a project to rebuild and widen the roadway.

Durham Region Transit is detouring buses during the project.

Starting Tuesday, August 4 until September, buses operate along their regular route to Alexander’s Cross and Kerrison Drive, then detour:

westward along Kerrison Drive;
northward along Salem Road North; and then
eastward along Rossland Road East to Audley Road North,
resuming their regular route northward along Audley North.
