Mississauga Transit further detours buses
at Credit Valley Hospital

The Credit Valley Hospital’s project to expand its facility enters a new phase on Monday, August 24. Construction closes the hospital access road south of Eglinton Avenue West — and that affects Mississauga Transit buses that usually operate through the hospital grounds.

(Buses operating along two of the routes have been detouring since the hospital expansion project started on April 14, 2008.)

Construction at the hospital affects service along these routes: 33 Erin Centre Loop; 34 Credit Valley; 48 Erin Mills.

34 Credit Valley

From 6 a.m. until 9 p.m. on Monday, August 24, eastbound buses operate along their current route to Erin Mills Parkway and the hospital access road, then detour:

southward along Erin Mills;
northeastward along Credit Valley Drive to Eglinton West,
resuming their regular route eastward along Eglinton.

Eastbound buses skip their stop at the hospital. Instead, buses serve a temporary stop on the west side of Erin Mills Parkway, north of the hospital access road.

Westbound buses reverse this routing.
