Starting Tuesday, September 8, YRT buses operate along this new route during Monday-to-Friday rush hours.

Southbound buses start their trips at Major Mackenzie Drive East and Ridgecrest Drive, then proceed:

203 Milliken GO shuttle

Starting Tuesday, September 8, YRT operates buses along this new route, replacing the current 2 Milliken route diversion to Milliken GO Station. Buses operate during Monday-to-Friday rush hours only.

Southbound buses start their trips on 14th Avenue at the Box Grove Bypass, then proceed:

eastward along 14th;
southward along Riverwalk Drive;
northward along the Box Grove Bypass;
westward along Copper Creek and Rouge Bank Drives;

45 Mingay

Starting Tuesday, September 8, YRT buses operate along this new route during Monday-to-Friday rush hours.

Southbound buses start their trips at Major Mackenzie Drive East and Mingay Avenue, then proceed:

southward along Mingay and Stone Mason Drive;
east-, south- and westward along Raymerville Drive;
southward along McCowan Road; and then
westward along Highway 7 to Markville Mall Terminal,

Northward buses start their trips at Markville Mall Terminal, then proceed:

One Monday-to-Friday afternoon rush-hour bus starts its trip at Bur Oak Secondary School.

418 Pierre Elliott Trudeau high school special

Starting Tuesday, September 8, YRT buses operate along this new route serving passengers traveling to and from Pierre Elliott Trudeau High School on Bur Oak Avenue.

A westbound bus leaves Pierre Elliott Trudeau at 3:05 p.m. Mondays to Fridays, then proceeds:

westward along Bur Oak Avenue;
northward along Kennedy Road;
westward along 16th Avenue;
southward along Warden Avenue;
westward along 16th Avenue;
north- and westward along Rodick Road to Woodbine Avenue,
ending its trip at 3:28 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.

An eastbound bus leaves Rodick Road and Woodbine Avenue at 7:37 a.m. Mondays to Fridays and reverses the route, arriving at Pierre Elliott Trudeau High School at 8 a.m. Mondays to Fridays.

Introducing new branches of current routes

88 Bathurst

Starting Sunday, September 6, YRT splits the route into three branches.

Buses operating along the main 88 route serve passengers traveling between Seneca College’s King Campus and Finch GO Bus Terminal Mondays to Saturdays.

Buses operating along the 88A branch serve passengers traveling between the West Elgin Community Centre and Finch GO Bus Terminal during Monday-to-Friday rush hours and all day Sundays and holidays.

Buses operating along the 88E limited-stop route serve passengers traveling between Seneca College’s King Campus and Finch GO Bus Terminal during Monday-to-Friday rush hours only. The buses only stop at the Promenade terminal.

Buses operating along the main 88 route serve stops every 40 minutes during Monday-to-Friday rush hours and every 30 minutes from about 9:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. and after 7 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.

Buses operating along the 88A branch serve stops every 40 minutes during Monday-to-Friday rush hours. Buses operating along both branches serve stops south of West Elgin Community Centre every 20 minutes during Monday-to-Friday rush hours.

Buses operating along the 88 branch serve stops every 30 minutes Saturdays. Buses operating along the 88A branch serve stops every 45 minutes Sundays and holidays.

91 Bayview South

Starting Tuesday, September 8, YRT extends the route to the Oak Ridges area and starts to operate three local branches and an express branch along the route.

Buses operating along the main 91 route serve stops between Bayview Plaza and Finch GO Bus Terminal seven days a week, as currently.

Buses operating along the 91A branch serve stops between Woodriver Street at Subrisco Avenue and Finch GO Bus Terminal all day Mondays to Fridays and from about 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. Saturdays, as currently.

Buses operating along the new 91B branch serve stops between Oak Ridges and Richmond Hill Centre Terminal during Monday-to-Friday rush hours.

Buses operating along the 91E limited-stop express route serve local stops along Woodriver Street, Subrisco Avenue and Bayview Avenue between Subrisco Avenue and the Bayview Plaza, then stop only at intersections with traffic signals until Bayview Avenue and High Tech Road, then operate without stopping until Finch GO Bus Terminal. The buses operate southbound only during Monday-to-Friday morning rush hours.

Southbound buses operating along the new 91B branch start their trips on Snively Street, west of Bayview Avenue, then proceed:

westward along Snively;
northward along Worthington Avenue;
eastward along Bloomington Road East;
southward along Bayview Avenue; and then
westward along High Tech Road to Richmond Hill Centre Terminal,
ending their trips.

Buses only operate southbound during Monday-to-Friday morning rush hours.

Northbound buses start their trips at the Richmond Hill Centre Terminal, then proceed:

eastward along High Tech Road;
northward along Bayview Avenue;
westward along Snively Street;
northward along Worthington Avenue; and then
eastward along Bloomington Road East to Bayview,
ending their trips.

Buses only operate northbound during Monday-to-Friday afternoon rush hours.

Southbound buses leave Snively Street, west of Bayview Avenue at 6:30, 6:45, 7:45 and 8:15 a.m. Mondays to Fridays. They arrive at Richmond Hill Centre Terminal at 7:13, 7:28, 8:28 and 8:58 a.m. Mondays to Fridays.

Northbound buses leave Richmond Hill Centre Terminal at 3:15, 3:45, 4:45, 5:17 and 6:02 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. They arrive at Bloomington Road East and Bayview Avenue at 3:58, 4:28, 5:28 and 6 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.

One bus operating along the 91 branch continues further northward beyond Bayview Plaza along Bayview Avenue to Bloomington Road East. It arrives at Bayview and Bloomington at 4:10 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.

Starting Tuesday, September 8, YRT also resumes extra service to high schools along the route.

Increasing service along current routes

---

300 Business Express

Starting Tuesday, September 8, YRT operates one more northbound bus during Monday-to-Friday morning rush hours.

Northbound buses leave Finch GO Bus Terminal at 7:30, 7:50, 8, 8:20, 8:40, 9 and 9:20 a.m. They arrive at the Town Centre Boulevard Bus Loop at 8, 8:20, 8:30, 8:50, 9:10, 9:30 and 9:50 a.m. Mondays to Fridays.

2A 14th Avenue

Starting Tuesday, September 8, buses operate through the Box Grove community from about 9:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. Buses now serve Box Grove at all times that buses operate along the route: Mondays to Fridays until about 7 p.m.

YRT is also resuming extra service to Markham District High School along the route and adjusting the schedule of the route.

77 Highway 7 - Centre

Starting Tuesday, September 8, YRT and Brampton Transit increase the frequency of service along the route. They’re increasing the frequency from every 30 minutes to every 20 minutes from about 9:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. and after 9 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.

Starting Saturday, September 12, YRT and BT increase the frequency of service from every 30 minutes to every 20 minutes from about 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. Saturdays. They’re also increasing the frequency of service from every 45 minutes to every 30 minutes after 8 p.m. Saturdays.

(YRT and BT both operate buses along the route.)

Also starting Tuesday, September 8, Brampton Transit increases service along the 77A branch between the Bramalea Transit Centre and York University’s Keele Campus.

Viva blue

Starting Tuesday, September 8, YRT increases the frequency of the service from every 10 minutes to every 8½ minutes during Monday-to-Friday rush hours. South of Bernard Terminal, YRT is increasing the frequency from every 5 minutes to every 4¼ minutes during Monday-to-Friday rush hours.

Also starting Tuesday, September 8, Viva blue buses serve the new Savage Road vivastation.

YRT is also adjusting the schedule of the route.

Viva orange

Starting Tuesday, September 8, YRT increases the frequency from every 15 minutes to every 10 minutes during Monday-to-Friday rush hours.

Also starting Tuesday, September 8, TTC passengers holding valid TTC transfers or Metropasses can ride Viva orange buses between York University’s Keele Campus and Downsview Station.

Viva purple

Starting Tuesday, September 8, YRT increases the frequency of service from every 15 minutes to every 12 minutes from about 9:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.

YRT is also revising the route and adjusting the schedule of the route.

Saturday, September 5 is the last day that YRT operates buses along this route on Saturdays.

Starting Sunday, September 6, southbound buses operating along the route Sundays and holidays do not divert to the Shops on Steeles and 404 or Seneca College’s Newnham Campus.

All northbound buses divert to Seneca College’s Newnham Campus seven days a week.

224B Woodbine

Saturday, September 5 is the last day that YRT operates the southbound bus that leaves Woodbine Avenue and Stony Hill Boulevard at 6:30 a.m. Saturdays and the northbound bus that leaves Victoria Park Avenue and Steeles Avenue East at 6 a.m. Saturdays.

Starting Saturday, September 12, the first southbound bus leaves Woodbine Avenue and Stony Hill Boulevard at 7:30 a.m. Saturdays and the first northbound bus leaves Victoria Park Avenue and Steeles Avenue East at 7 a.m. Saturdays.

91 Bayview South

Starting Tuesday, September 8, YRT is extending the route of some buses operating along the route to Bloomington Road West in the Oak Ridges area.

22 King City

Starting Tuesday, September 8, YRT extends the route to McNaughton Road and Troon Avenue, east of Keele Street. Buses no longer start and end their trips at the Maple Community Centre on Keele Street just south of McNaughton Road.

Also starting Tuesday, September 8, YRT extends the route of some buses to St. Thomas of Villanova College.

23 Thornhill Woods

Starting Tuesday, September 8, YRT extends buses to the Upper Thornhill Estates area during Monday-to-Friday rush hours.

Southbound buses start their trips at Teston Road and Via Romano Boulevard, then proceed:

southward along Via Romano;
eastward along Queen Filomena Avenue;
southward along Bathurst Street;
westward along Valley Vista Drive;
southward along Ilan Roman Boulevard;
westward along Lebovic Campus Drive; and then
southward along Thomas Cook Avenue to Rutherford Road,
resuming their current route southward along Thornhill Woods Drive.

Northbound buses operate along their current route to Thornhill Woods Drive and Rutherford Road, then proceed:

eastward along Lebovic Campus Drive;
northward along Ilan Roman Boulevard;
eastward along Valley Vista Drive;
northward along Bathurst Street;

Starting Tuesday, September 8, buses operating along the revised 86 Weldrick - Newkirk route serve current route 23 stops along Lebovic Campus Drive east of Ilan Roman Boulevard and Bathurst Street between Ilan Roman Boulevard and Rutherford Road.

86 Weldrick - Newkirk

Starting Tuesday, September 8, YRT extends the route of some buses to Rutherford GO Station and revised the route that buses follow to loop through the Upper Thornhill Village / Carrville area.

During Monday-to-Friday rush hours, southbound buses operate along their current route to Weldrick Road and Bathurst Street, then proceed:

westward along Lebovic Campus Drive;
southward along Thomas Cook Avenue; and then
westward along Rutherford Road to Rutherford GO Station,
ending their trips.

Northbound buses start their trips at Rutherford GO Station, then proceed:

eastward along Rutherford Road;
northward along Thomas Cook Avenue; and then
eastward along Lebovic Campus Drive and Weldrick Road to Walmer Road,
resuming their current route eastward along Weldrick.

From about 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. and after 7 p.m. Mondays to Fridays and all day Saturdays, southbound buses operate along their current route to Weldrick Road and Bathurst Street, then proceed:

southward along Bathurst;
westward along Rutherford Road;
northward along Thomas Cook Avenue; and then
eastward along Lebovic Campus Drive to Bathurst Street,
ending their trips.

Northbound buses start their trips at Bathurst Street and Lebovic Campus Drive, then proceed:

eastward along Weldrick Road to Walmer Road,
resuming their current route eastward along Weldrick. Saturday, September 5 is the last day that YRT buses operate along Pemberton and Walmer Roads.

YRT is also extending the route of some buses to Jean Vanier Catholic High School.

589 Richmond Hill community bus

Starting Monday, August 31, YRT revises the service so that:

• All buses Mondays to Saturdays serve 33 Weldrick Road East;
• Buses no longer serve the McConaghy Centre on Sundays;
• Buses no longer serve Baif Boulevard or the Richmond Hill Central Library.

Viva purple

Eastbound buses continue to operate along their regular route.

Starting Sunday, September 6, westbound buses operate along their current route to Keele Street and Steeles Avenue West, then proceed:

westward along Steeles West;
southward along Founders Gate;
east- and southward along Ian Macdonald Drive to York Boulevard,
ending their trips.

YRT is also increasing the frequency of service along the route and adjusting the schedule of the route.
