And, you can review the presentation from the public information centres on YRT’s plans for 2010 to 2016 here. (.pdf) The presentation examines how YRT will operate when several major transit projects or initiatives come into effect:
- extending the Spadina leg of the TTC ‘s 1 Yonge - University - Spadina subway to the Vaughan Corporate Centre;
- extending the Yonge leg of the subway to Richmond Hill Centre;
- operating Transit City light rail rapid transit lines along Don Mills Road and Finch Avenue West;
- extending the Viva blue line along Davis Drive and to East Gwillimbury GO Station; and
- opening the Cornell Terminal in east Markham.
