Update — October 23: Construction continues — and buses continue to detour — until Tuesday, October 27.
The Credit Valley Hospital’s project to expand its facility continues on Tuesday, October 13. Construction closes the hospital access road south of Eglinton Avenue West — and that affects Mississauga Transit buses that usually operate through the hospital grounds.
(Buses operating along two of the routes have been detouring since the hospital expansion project started on April 14, 2008. The project resulted in more detours on Monday, August 24, 2009.)
Construction at the hospital affects service along these routes: 33 Erin Centre Loop; 34 Credit Valley; 48 Erin Mills.
34 Credit Valley
From Tuesday, October 13 until 4 p.m. on Friday, October 23, eastbound buses operate along their current route to Erin Mills Parkway and the hospital access road, then detour:
southward along Erin Mills;
northeastward along Credit Valley Drive to Eglinton West,
resuming their regular route eastward along Eglinton.Eastbound buses skip their stop at the hospital. Instead, buses serve a temporary stop on the west side of Erin Mills Parkway, north of the hospital access road.
Westbound buses reverse this routing.
Westbound buses skip their stops on the hospital access road south of Eglinton West and at the hospital. Instead, buses serve a temporary stop on the east side of Erin Mills Parkway, north of the hospital access road.

33 Erin Centre Loop
From Tuesday, October 13 until 4 p.m. on Friday, October 23, buses serving the clockwise route operate to Erin Mills Parkway and the hospital entrance road, then detour:
northward along Erin Mills to Eglinton Avenue West, then resume their regular route northward along Erin Mills.
Buses skip their regular stops at the hospital and on Eglinton Avenue West at Erin Mills Parkway. Instead, buses serve a temporary stop on the east side of Erin Mills, north of the hospital access road.

Southbound buses skip their regular stops on Eglinton Avenue West, west of Erin Mills Parkway, on the hospital access road south of Eglinton and at the Credit Valley Hospital. Instead, buses serve a temporary stop on the west side of Erin Mills, north of the hospital access road.
Northbound buses reverse this routing.
Northbound buses skip their regular stops at the hospital and on Eglinton Avenue West at Erin Mills Parkway. Instead, buses serve a temporary stop on the east side of Erin Mills, north of the hospital access road.
