Guelph Transit this morning announced more detours for construction, starting tomorrow, Tuesday, April 20.

for a project to reconstruct the roadway.

The work affects Guelph Transit buses operating along the 61 Victor Davis, 70A Perimeter counterclockwise and 70B Perimeter clockwise routes.

70B Perimeter counterclockwise

From Tuesday, April 20 until Friday, April 23, buses operate along their regular route to Victoria Road North and Eramosa Road, then detour:

northeastward along Eramosa;
eastward along Speedvale Avenue East;
southward along Watson Road North; and then
westward along Grange Road to Victoria North,
resuming their regular route southward along Victoria.

Buses skip their regular stops on Victoria Road North south of Eramosa Road, Brunswick and Cassino Avenues and Grange Street.

70A Perimeter clockwise

Buses operate along their regular route, but from Tuesday, April 20 until Friday, April 23, buses don’t drop off or pick up passengers from stops on Victoria Road North at Eastview Road, Greenview Street and Eramosa Road.

61 Victor Davis

From Tuesday, April 20 until Friday, April 23, inbound buses operate along their regular route to Eastview Road and Glenburnie Drive, then detour:

northward along Glenburnie;
eastward along Cheltenwood Drive;
northward along Elginfield Drive;
westward along Hyland Drive; and then
southwestward along Eramosa Road to Victoria Road North,

Outbound buses operate along their regular route to Casino Avenue and Victoria Road North, then detour:
