Less parking at Eglinton GO Station, starting November 22

Update — May 4, 2011, 8:36 a.m.: Hydro crews are blocking a walkway and some access to the tunnel, from Thursday, May 5 until Sunday, May 8, while they install the transformer.

Tomorrow, Monday, November 22, GO Transit and Toronto Hydro workers start a project to install a new transformer at Eglinton GO Station.

During the first phase of the project, Hydro crews will install two poles to carry wiring to and from the transformer and GO is closing as many as 25 parking spaces in its commuter lot to accommodate the work.

The spaces remain closed for about two weeks.

The entire project continues until March.
