GRT operates extra service for literacy tests
at Kitchener and Waterloo schools, March 31



Thursday, March 31, is English Literacy Test Day at high schools in Kitchener and Waterloo.

At many schools, the tests end around noon, so Grand River Transit is adjusting its regular high school services that day.

Buses operate along all regular high school special routes that morning. However, GRT is also operating special service to these high schools in the middle of the day:

  • Huron Heights Secondary School;
  • Resurrection Catholic Secondary School;
  • St. David Catholic High School;
  • St. Mary’s High School; and
  • Sir John A. Macdonald Secondary School.

GRT is not operating high school special service from these high schools that are participating in the tests:

  • Bluevale Collegiate Institute;
  • Cameron Heights Collegiate Institute;
  • Eastwood Collegiate Institute;
  • Forest Heights Collegiate Institute;
  • Grand River Collegiate Institute;
  • Kitchener Collegiate Institute; and
  • Waterloo Collegiate Institute.

GRT is not operating any high school special service from high schools in Kitchener and Waterloo, except for:

  • Resurrection Catholic Secondary School;
  • St. David Catholic High School; and
  • St. Mary’s High School.

GRT operates regular service to and from high schools in Cambridge on Thursday, March 31.
