Construction continues at Maple GO Station

A development company has started to rebuild Hill Street, beside Maple GO Station, including widening the roadway and installing traffic signals at the intersection with Major Mackenzie Drive West. The work reduces Hill Street to just one lane until July.

Starting Monday, April 25, you can only enter the east parking lot from Hill Street from 6 a.m. until noon and only exit the lot from noon until 8 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. To avoid congestion during the construction period, consider parking in the lot off Eagle Rock Way.

Meanwhile, as part of its ongoing project to extend the platforms at the station, GO Transit has installed a temporary pedestrian pathway.
