Construction closes east tunnel at Bronte GO Station,
starting May 14

Update — Thursday, August 4, 3:19 p.m.: GO has reopened the east tunnel and contractors are now working on the west end of the platforms.

GO Transit contractors are continuing the project to install the platform snowmelt system at Bronte GO Station.

Starting Saturday, May 14, the construction process requires GO to close the east tunnel which passengers usually use to gain access to platforms 1 and 2. GO is closing the tunnel for the next eight weeks; during this time, you can only reach platforms 1 and 2 through the tunnel at the west end of the station.
