You can use PRESTO cards on Brampton Transit, MiWay buses, starting May 30

Brampton Transit and MiWay have now equipped all their buses with PRESTO card readers. That means you can start using the regional fare card to pay, when you board all buses in the two transit systems, starting Monday, May 30.

In Brampton, you’ll find PRESTO “agencies” at Bramalea and Mount Pleasant GO Stations and Brampton Transit’s Bramalea, Downtown, Shoppers World and Trinity Commons terminals. You can also buy the cards at the Clark and Sandalwood transit facilities.

In Mississauga, you’ll find PRESTO agencies at all GO stations and MiWay’s City Centre Terminal.

At a PRESTO agency, you can

  • buy a PRESTO card,
  • “load” value onto your card,
  • check your balance and
  • make various other transactions.
