Two more chances to have your say on Waterloo LRT,
May 31, June 1

You have two more chances to let Region of Waterloo Council know what you think about its proposals to build a rapid transit line, linking Waterloo, Kitchener and Cambridge.

Whether you think the line should be light-rail transit, bus rapid transit, a mixture of both — or if you think the Region should abandon its plans completely — you can take part in two public meetings in the Regional Council Chambers at 150 Frederick Street in downtown Kitchener.

The meetings take place on Tuesday, May 31 and Wednesday, June 1, starting at 6 p.m.

If you wish to speak to council about its plans, contact the Regional Clerk’s office at 519-575-4420. You can find more information about speaking to council here.
