Metrolinx, TTC host public meetings on "The Crosstown", June 8, 21



Ontario’s Minister of Transportation, the Honourable Kathleen Wynne and the Chair of the Toronto Transit Commission, Councillor Karen Stintz are hosting two public meetings on the upcoming project to build a light rail transit line between Black Creek Drive and the Scarborough Town Centre.

Metrolinx and Toronto Transit Commission contractors will tunnel under Eglinton Avenue between Black Creek Drive and Kennedy Station, the refurbish the current 3 Scarborough RT line to accommodate modern light rail transit vehicles.

Metrolinx and the TTC held an earlier meeting on the project on Tuesday, May 31 at the Leaside Memorial Arena, 1073 Millwood Road.
